1- Edge Sealing Treatment:Edge Sealing Treatment for Leather:

  • Sand the edges of the leather with No. 3 sandpaper.
  • Apply a thin layer of water with a cotton swab along the edges.
  • Depending on the thickness of the leather, use a sanding stick to smooth the edges.
  • Apply a thin layer of edge sealer with a cotton swab.

Remember: The dashed line sections in the diagrams require edge sealing as the first step.

            2- Adhering the Leather:

            • The leather pieces need to be glued before sewing. To ensure a strong bond, roughen the smooth side of the leather with sandpaper.
            • Apply glue neatly along the edges and press the pieces together once the glue turns transparent, indicating the strongest adhesive phase.
            • Start by sewing the card slots first. After the glue dries transparent, adhere the photo slot in the same manner, ensuring all edges are perfectly aligned.

Wait until the glue becomes clear before applying it.

            3- Sewing Instructions:

            • For sewing, you'll need a thread length at least four times longer than the section being sewn.
            • Begin sewing from the card slot opening, adhering the remaining sides after the glue turns transparent for a secure bond.
            • Continue sewing, following the same steps for the other side, ensuring all parts are securely attached.

Leave a 2 to 3mm thread when cutting the thread.

Use the blue inner flame of the lighter to burn the knot. Be careful not to burn the leather.

            4- Finishing Touches:

            • This wallet design includes three card slots, one open slot, and a single cash layer, perfectly designed to hold your ID, bank cards, bus cards, and a favorite photo. It's a compact solution that meets all your essential needs.
