Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Germany or Shanghai, depending on inventory availability and the closest suitable fulfillment location. This helps us deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is in its original, unused condition and includes all parts, accessories, and packaging. Please note the following:

• Return Shipping and Customs Duties: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs duties or taxes.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, including but not limited to fonts, cutting dies, stamps, and other made-to-order items, are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Oversized or Heavy Items: Certain oversized or heavy items may incur additional return fees. If this applies, it will be clearly noted on the product description page.
• Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it is unused, complete, and undamaged, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

Cancellation Policy: If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it and receive a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may apply for a return after receiving the item, subject to our standard return policy.
