Holder No. 1 & No. 2: Size and Usage Reference：
Holder No. 1
This is the more flexible option. It works with logo stamps up to 7.6 cm L × 2.4 cm H, and comes with four removable metal bars to help hold different stamp sizes more securely.
It is also compatible with MAXITA standard fonts, CÍ standard fonts, and our 6mm and 8mm brass type sets.
Holder No. 2
This is a single-line, self-centring holder, so it is very handy for stamping names or short words neatly in one line.
For movable letters, it works with 7mm-base fonts, such as MAXITA standard fonts and CÍ standard fonts. It can also be used for logo stamps.
For both holders, we usually recommend keeping logo stamps within 45 cm², as this helps the heat stay more even and gives a cleaner, more consistent result.
Return Policy:
We uphold a 7-day return and refund policy. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and customs duties. Returns should be sent to our European warehouse in Nuremberg, Germany.
Our collaboration with logistics and Maxita enables us to offer cost-effective pricing and complimentary shipping. Considering the substantial weight of this product, return expenses can be significant. Please make an informed decision before purchase. We appreciate your understanding.
After-sale Service
Your purchase includes one year of free after-sales service, covering any non-human damage, including damage caused by accidental misuse.
The Maxita machine is built with a modular structure, which means each part works independently and can usually be replaced separately. If a covered part fails within the first year, we can send the replacement part to you free of charge, instead of asking you to return the whole machine for repair.
After the first year, we’ll still be here to offer free technical support whenever you need it. Replacement parts, if required, would be charged separately.
Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Germany or Shanghai, depending on inventory availability and the closest suitable fulfillment location. This helps us deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is in its original, unused condition and includes all parts, accessories, and packaging. Please note the following:
- Return Shipping and Customs Duties: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs duties or taxes.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, including but not limited to fonts, cutting dies, stamps, and other made-to-order items, are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Oversized or Heavy Items: Certain oversized or heavy items may incur additional return fees. If this applies, it will be clearly noted on the product description page.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it is unused, complete, and undamaged, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
Cancellation Policy: If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it and receive a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may apply for a return after receiving the item, subject to our standard return policy.
