Hi I have had 2 different purchases from this company and have found them to be brilliant. I've researched it well beforehand, so I knew what I was buying. A solid set, sharp, easy and convenient to use. Better quality than Blanchard or other established tool-makers at a more convenient price. I would say it is a tool for fine hands (and fine leatherworking). On top of that, it is an eye-catching centerpiece.
And the seller, CI, is very professional and friendly. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
I would love to see an extension for it (16+mm heads) and maybe a walnut version of the wooden case.
At first this seems very expensive, but the build quality is spot on. The jaws don't open as much as some, not a negative just an observation, although I doubt you would need more. As one purchaser said, you will only purchase this once and it will probably last a lifetime. I am more than happy and I think you will be too
I was really suprised how got was, but also how it arrived. Too good to open but also great for a hobbist getting into leather, it would be a good gift.

The walnut base is sturdy enough. Embossing effect is also quite good. I opted for the #1 handle, but I might purchase a #2 handle later on.

When I first got my hands on this, I could only say, Wow, this is luxurious! I love the rich walnut color and the slightly glossy finish. It was pretty easy to assemble, and when I started using it, I found it to be very sturdy. The rotation is smooth, and it even has a handy spot for storing my stitching needles.
