<h3>What is the warranty policy for MOVEGO?</h3>

Your MOVEGO purchase includes one year of free after-sales service, covering non-human damage, including damage caused by accidental misuse.

If a covered part needs to be replaced within the first year, we can usually send the replacement part to you free of charge, so the whole machine does not need to be returned for repair in most cases.
After the first year, we still provide free technical support. Replacement parts, if required, would be charged separately.
